If you're having trouble running Unturned then you're not gonna be able to play those other games. I suggest looking for 2D survival games, Terraria was suggested, perhaps Don't Starve Together, Risk of Rain and other similar games. Make sure you look at the minimum and recommended system specs for those games. Just because some of them are pixely and cute, doesn't mean you'll be able to run them well on that computer. I mean, is that a netbook or is it just really old?
I believe a notebook
This list is a great idea but it looks to be heavily flawed, given the pass/fail percentages listed. And right off the bat, Dota 2 is not what I would call a low-spec game.
Quake
Theif gold
The older titles of Final Fantasy
Chrono Trigger
Fallout 1 and 2
Elder scrolls Morrowind
X-com old games
Unreal Tournament
Unreal 1 and 2
Duke Nukem 3D
Doom 1 and 2 old ones
Silver
Deus ex 1
Max Payne 1 and 2
Hitman older games.
GTA 1, 2, 3, VC, and maybe SA
Quest for Glory 1-5
