It is a critical system file that is packed together with the DirectX runtime components in order to keep your graphics running.

A only solution to cease your suspicions and allow all games to allow it to run is do a simple virus check and/or update DirectX just to eliminate the problem.

My DirectX is up to date and i did a virus check, but still does not work, are there any other suggestions?
So, that would be your virus scanner alerting you to such activity. An exception could be added to your virus checker so that you wouldn't receive that message over and over again.

Have a browse through the virus settings.
It sounds like you either manually uploaded the file or the file is corrupted

1) delete the file
2) go to the R6 installation
3) rerun the directx install . I DO NOT CARE IF YOU THINK YOU HAVE THE LATEST VERSION. The only way to get this file updated is to run the isntaller
4) reboot your system

Ive search up how to even locate the file, but I cant seem to be able to find it. Any way you know how to find it?
Search for directx as its clearly visibe in your RB6 installation folder and there is no possible way you would go without having to download the distribution files by default.
I met the same problem when i was going to play Apex.Have did you solve this problem in the end bro?
From what I can tell, most anti-virus software today does more to induce headaches with false positives and performance issues than it does to actually catch malware. It also creates a sense of false security where the user feels like they can get lazy with actual best-practices when it comes to keeping their stuff safe.

I haven't used an anti-virus besides what's already built-in to Windows since Vista was new. I haven't once gotten my machine infected since then.

Back when I was doing tech support for folks, a chief complaint was "It's slow, unresponsive, and takes forever to boot." 9 times out of 10, removing McAfee or Norton meant instant relief from those issues. It would be particularly bad when they had both installed for some reason.

One thing I've learned is that when someone has paid money for an anti-virus software, they are very resistant to getting rid of it. After all, they paid good money, and they want to get their money's worth. It doesn't matter if it's the source of every computer problem they are having.

In some cases, I would convince a customer to let me remove the offensive software, made sure Windows Defender was on as a safety net, demonstrated how much better it all was now, showed them a few QoL tips, like using Adblock. Then left. I would get a call later from the same person complaining it was doing it again. I show up, and guess what; they've reinstalled the anti-virus software. Surprise surprise.
