Steam Chat and Friends list Just a Black box?

My steam chat and friends list is not working for some reson?
It was fine 12 hours ago then i shut the pc down.
I have restarted the pc mumtiple times to try and fix this and also reinstalled steam once but im not having any luck :/

Idears are welcome :D
