having trouble installing steam on a toshiba laptop with windows vista.
So i want to install steam, but when i download i try to click the Setup and it doesnt do anything.. I try to run as admin and i dont get a pop up asking me if i want to give perm to do admin. I do not have AVG, I only have anti-malewarebytes and i have it disabled while attempting. some info about my laptop

Its a Toshiba Satellite a205 32 bit, Windows vista home premium, 1014 ram.

I was told i could run steam, but its not opening.. i dont know how to get it to install..

help steam wont down load it wont install i press install and it comes up with like a white blank window like its trying to open app store but doesnt open
