Friends account deleted?

So i am trying to recover a friends account but every time we try to get it though email or anything it acts like the account was never made i gifted the account a copy of Undertale and looking at the name on the account its just a bunch of numbers I have the original email and login name but nothing is working and Steams "self help" crap is just not cutting it because i need a persons help any one know how to do anything close? My friend just wants their account back.

Yeah That was the first thing i did and no matter what i click anywhere i get taken back to the stupid self help page that dont give me any contact with valve at all.

on the right theres a help me with my issue button but when i press it it says i am already logged into my account so i guess you can click on that

Okay again I did that it takes me to the SELF HELP I need a person as it looks like the account is 100% gone we tried sending to the email and got nothing.

Accounts are not deleted. Unless it is requested by the owner and verified by providing proof of ownership.

if the account was deleted there is no recovery. But only the original account holder will have the necessary info to delete an account as they ask for details not available to a hijacker.

So your telling me they talked to a person because that is mostly what i want a person i can talk to to figure out how to get my friends accoutn back.

Okay am i saying it wrong or soemting When we go there James it takes us to forgot password and needs the login name and no matter what it wont work.

1. Are you sure the account was deleted?
2. Are you sure your friend trying to use the right login details? Or did he forget, because he has made more than one account?
3. If your friend requested Steam to delete the account, it will be lost forever, nothing can be done about it. It takes 30 days to delete the account, but can cancel it if he went back to cancel the request to delete the account within 29 days, if he waited until the 30th day, or later he SOL, also in order to request to delete account, they will demand answer to questions only the account owner would know, and can give such details.

Which step are you getting a different outcome than displayed? What is the outcome you're getting instead.

Well glimmer We can not find their account that is what it says so im going to say my frind waited to long before haveing me help them.

Accounts are not deleted. Contact support to recover the lost account and provide proof of ownership. You also have to be logged out in order to contact support about a lost account. If you're logged in then the system will think you're trying to recover the account you're currently logged in as.

When i attempt to do anything past the password or accoutn recovery i get
"Sorry, we were unable to find an account name that matched your search.
TIP: Try searching for an email address or a different account name.
Most people can self-recover their account once they've found it."

My friend is very upset that someone went to far to do this to them.
