Voicemod broke on me. Need Help.

Voicemod Is a Voice Changer for any of you who don't know., it's easy and fun to use, but I'm having some problems recently. It's Weird because my computer isn't recording my voice but the app is. I can hear myself on the app but when I go to sounds settings and see the records, nothing is moving. When I close the app, It starts moving. I tried uninstalling it multiple times, but it does no good. I've been using it for months and this is the first problem I encountered. The last time it was able to work was on a Movie Editor, and I deleted it.

What does "Steam Form" Prove? That it's a Steam Form. Not because it's For steam topics,It doesnt say Steam Help,Steam Tips. It says Help and Tips. Maybe you should learn how to interpret things hmmm.
