Maybe get it on GOG, if you want it DRM free, if it's on GOG. But I say wait until Winter sale happens then buy your game, may get it upto 75% off.
then it's an Xbox game, console games..these discs are not supported for PC and PC roms drives.
This is a Microsft purchase right?

Steam has it for PC @ 9.99 that will be a digital download.
NOTE it is not supported in Windows 10. Microsoft has done away with Windows Live XBox Live. and as it Incorporates 3rd-party DRM: Games for Windows Live it will only play on windows 7 and previous OS.

Since it's non steam you should be able to track it down online. There is a lot of old games 2nd hand games selling on Amazon etc.

It will install to a new windows 10 but the support for windows Live has been removed therefor it will not launch.
It even says it on the Microsoft download site. and sites like Steam that sell this game includes the quote>Incorporates 3rd-party DRM: Games for Windows Live. in yellow and supported OS windows 7 and windows xp.
I had many games installed on my windows 7 that worked on windows 10 upgrade for this reason. :)
You simply just need to make sure you have the drivers that are needed installed, and that you get the latest GFWL from the website, not from the games folder that comes with them, or trying to do an update, as update doesn't work.

I'm not even kidding, here a screenshot Fallout 3, running, and with GFWL as well working perfectly fine.
