Can’t see Skyrim SE from Family Sharing
My brother is currently sharing his library with me and I see all his games but for some reason I can’t see Skyrim SE on mine. I double checked if he has it and he does and it’s from his library. Help would be appreciated!

Have you rebooted Steam since he got Skyrim SE? Do you see the other uninstalled games from his library? Does anyone else share games to you?

I have rebooted many times, if you mean exit steam and run the program again. He's had Skyrim SE for years. I'll repeat myself in the OP, I see all his games, he has 271 and I have 12. No one else shares games with me.

The only thing remotely related to Skyrim I see in his library when I search for it is Elder Scrolls Online. I asked my brother why can't I see it he says he doesn't know
