GEFORCE GTX 1050 TI 4GB LOW Frames on all games

I have been playing with really low frames for a while now. I decided to fix it when one of my friends who has the same graphics card and a 60hz monitor (like me) was getting almost god like frames without even trying.

If your games fit to this, there is no bottleneck that would cause bad performance.

My games do fit to this no problem (TF2,CSGO)
My friend's cpu is nothing compared to mine.

Low fps makes games unplayable and this problem will completely ruin the investment of a gaming pc.

How many fps? Enable steam fps display in games.

Your computer should run csgo just fine.

Yeah in CSGO my average frames stay between 30-50
CSGO should be no problem, that's why this problem can't go untreated.
