Direct3D errors. (Please help.)

I recently got a new build back in March. Everything was moving fine up until around 2 weeks ago when I encountered errors regarding DirectX & Direct3D, I'm getting this error when trying to load around a 3rd of my Steam library:

Failed to initialize Direct3D.
Make sure you have at least DirectX 9.0c installed, have drivers for your
graphics card and have not disabled 3D acceleration
in display settings.
InitializeEngineGraphics failed

I have checked in dxdiag, all of my drivers are up to date and all DirectX features are enabled, so I have no idea what could be wrong. Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

Two causes: Old or corrupted graphics drivers or incorrect DirextX version. Without know anything about your setup, the generic answer will be to update DirectX if it needs it. On the same note, uninstall your graphics drivers using DDU (Google it) and doing a fresh install of drivers following reboot.

I tried uninstalling all of my display drivers, however now when I go to reinstall them, I can get around 10 minutes after start up then my PC blue screens and restarts.

Update your Nvidia or AMD GPU Drivers Only.

Reinstalled all of my display drivers now, computer is running fine however I'm still getting the same error when trying to load games that use Direct3D.
