i tried this 3 programs
1. Malwarebytes
2. Zenmana Antimalware
3. HitmanPro
The thing I linked wasn't malwarebytes, it is another software tool that in the past has removed the exact thing you want to remove. It's called adwcleaner, try it and let it reboot and remove what it finds.
It's on the malwarebytes site and it's owned by malwarebytes but it's not the same thing.
