How to fix it "Conflicting Software Detected" Help

Help me guys "An incompatible version of LavasoftTCPService.dll (related to Lavasoft Web Companion) has been detected inside of the Steam process.
We suggest updating or uninstalling this software if you experience crashes or network slowdowns while running Steam or individual games."
I cant fix it.

i already so many time used it but still not work what should i do help
i tried this 3 programs
1. Malwarebytes
2. Zenmana Antimalware
3. HitmanPro

PC decrapifier is not the thing he needs.

The thing I linked wasn't malwarebytes, it is another software tool that in the past has removed the exact thing you want to remove. It's called adwcleaner, try it and let it reboot and remove what it finds.
It's on the malwarebytes site and it's owned by malwarebytes but it's not the same thing.
