How do I solve Steam Compatibility Mode issue?

Hey,

Since the latest update I have the message coming up when I start steam saying "disable windows compatibility mode for steam".

However I have checked it and the compatibility mode hasnt been turned on, not for any USER!

It is however has admin rights but it has nothing to do with compatibiliy mode.

I have followed evey step provided by steam on

Running Steam in Windows compatibility mode is not recommended. Please follow the instructions below to remove any Windows compatibility settings so that Steam may properly function." bla bla bla bla

I was also unable to contact with steam as there is no option to go down the compaitbilty issue road.

turn off the admin rights.. its under the compatability tab so its a part of it. if you turn it off you wont get the message anymore
