If non of them are in there, talk to steamsupport before contacting your bank https://help.steampowered.com/en/ just to be on the safe side, making a chargeback can and will have a bad outcome, if any of those things is bought via your account.

Remove your payment option from the account.

hamburg is steam way to connect money from your steam wallet/account to your credit card so if you make any purchases using your steam wallet with a linked account hamburg will automatically take the difference out of your bank account, from my personal research

the solution as stated above remove any linked payment methods and rely purely on steam wallet funds or use your card to purchase the game outside of steam... or use the card for a steam purchase without linking/saving the payment information

the risk being a malicious attack by an account hacker can use this transaction method to authorise multiple unwanted transactions for themself through your account via credit card
