Realtek Audio Driver Issue
So earlier today I booted up my pc like usual to finish Saints Row 2’s main story, but when I went to go and change the output of volume from my T.V to my headphones. But the option wasn’t there (the drop down box wasn’t there) so I went into Davice Manager and under Sound, Video and game controllers there’s only Nvidia High Definition Audio and Nvidia Virtual Audio Device (Wave Extensible) (WDM) and under Audio Inputs And Outputs there’s only SHARP HDMI (Nvidia High Definition Audio) So after looking at all them I thought that reinstalling the driver would help. I went into the website, reinstalled the driver into its preset install path. So I let it install and restarted my PC. When it restarted, I went to switch the output it was the same as before, no drop down box. The same as the first time booting, so I went through the install path and found the .exe that actually runs the Realtek Audio program, and it didn’t open, even in Admin, BUT the actual program didn’t open when the pc booted like its meant to, device manager was the same as before.

Does anyone know a fix for this??
If you do that would be ABSOLUTELY amazing

It could be a fake thing trying to infect your PC. You might've been Trojan'd.
