Have to wait a week to trade my CSGO items?

I knew that you had to wait a week to trade steam bought items, but traded items too now? I was perfectly able to trade my TF2 items for refined metals and other TF2 items so I could sell them for CSGO skins, but once I dude its says on the items Ive got to wait a week. No heads up before I traded for them, I have steam guard and the person/persons Im trading have steam guard and all of the other none sense. Whats going on?

For items purchased on the Market, that has always been there.

For items in CS:GO that were recently traded, that was changed March 29th...

yeah, im just going to uninstall csgo and leave it that at. was a bland game to begin within, dont know why theyve got to treat people like children. God bless friend

Just so you know, i didn't have CS:GO before the free edition was released; and wanted to acquire some CS:GO items in some trades.
