PROBLEMA NEL DOWNLOAD DEI GIOCHI

Salve,a causa di un problema al pc ieri sono stato costretto a reimpostarlo e a disinstallare steam.
Oggi ho reinstallato steam sul mio pc e in seguito ho tentato di reinstallare anche alcuni dei miei giochi dalla libreria solo che non appena iniziava il download i bytes di utilizzo della rete rimanevano a 0 e compariva un messaggio di errore con tra parentesi “ MANIFEST NON DISPONIBILE”.
Che significa? E soprattutto come posso risolvere il problema e installare di nuovo i miei giochi?

incredibilmente sembra essere tornato "tutto a posto". per l' ennesima volta ho disinstallato e reinstallato steam e per l' ennesima volta ho spento e riacceso il modem prima di provare ad installare un gioco ma non so come mai stavolta sembra aver funzionato. non ho cambiato il DNS non ho avuto tempo visto che sono stato tutto il giorno fuori per impegni
