You should “deauthorize all other devices” if you want to do that, it’s in your SteamGuard settings
As said, you may have to check here...

If you change your password, all other devices will get logged out, but are able to log in again with the correct data. Deauthorising means, you need to confirm them again as well, if you or someone else tries to log in on them.
If you are worried, your account might have been compromised, or would like to shut out other computers, your account has been active on for another reason, doing both certainly does not hurt.
Deauth = you need new code to get in again
5 days if you reset it. Unless you have been inactive for 2 or more months, it is 30 days..
Changing does nothing.
