Opening another Steam client on a different virtual desktop (Windows 10)
So, Windows 10 has this feature where you can have multiple virtual desktops.
And I want to have two different Steam Clients open on two different accounts, each on a different virtual desktop. However, everytime I try to do so, Windows just switches to the desktop where steam was already open. Is there a way to change this, or is opening a another steam client on the same pc just not possible at all?
or would I have to download Steam again on a seperate file and open it, that way would it work?

Virtual desktops merely organize windows, theyre no way the isolation you imagine them to be.

Instead, create 2 separate Steam installations and start them under different user accounts. That should work.

Depending in what youre trying to do, check out ASF. It can maintain several accounts logged-in at once and you can do stuff with them.
