Bundle for Dead by Daylight or just dlc?

Hello guys, sooo i want to buy this game called Dead by Daylight aaand on kenguin i see there are 2 versions for steam:
1.The standard game
2.The deluxe edition
But...There's one problem here: kenguin classifies that edition as a dlc(No, it's not the 5 euro dlc that i reffer to,it's the 14 euro one)
Is it like a bundle for the game or just a much more expensive dlc for it, yet the same thing as the cheaper one
Aaaand one more thing :D
If the 14 euro deluxe edition is the game plus dlc even though it's classified as dlc is it really worth buying it? are there any cheaper sites where i can get it? (doesn't matter if the deluxe or standard)

Check the price on humble bundle cause I can't remember exactly how much it was. To find out if a site is legit use Isthereanydeal.com . The sites listed there are legit

Dont buy on kinguin (see? Kingu site is even censored on steam). They are suspected for selling keys obtained by illegal ways. (Keys bought with stolen credit card infos, stolen keys etc)
Dont be surprised if something you buy there doesnt work.

Even if it worked now, still be careful when using third party sites. Always double check everything.
