My chat doesn´t work! :: Help and Tips

My chat doesn´t work!

Today is the first time I have this problem. I appear as offline and I can´t send any message to anyone. The local red friend (red local de amigos in spanish idk what´s called in english) doesn´t seem to work. If anyone could help I would be thankful.

FRIENDS NETWORK UNREACHABLE / CAN'T CONNECT STEAM

1). go to steam folder
2). left click steam.exe and sent to desktop
3). go to desktop
4). right click on the new shortcut and select Properties
5). add target -nochatui -nofriendsui

You can right click on the shortcut and go to properties. Add -nochatui -nofriendsui to the end of the target line

same it doesnt work
i tried to follow the step and also wrote -nochatui -nofriendsui at the end of the line it does not work
help it is very irritating
