Can't find badges for all games

On the badge menu there are only the games in progress (which I have cards of) and completed, but where can I find the games which I haven't started leveling the badge and which I have no cards of in my inventory?

for example i have borderlands 2 in my library and i know there are cards for it and badges, but because i don't have any cards from it in my inventory at the moment, i can't find any details about it's badge at all

There are 4 things that cause a game to appear on your Badges page.

1) It has drops remaining.
2) You have cards in your Inventory.
3) You have completed atleast 1 level of the badge.
4) You have recent playtime (within 2 weeks).

If there is a game, you do not have any cards for and do not have remaining card drops and do not have a badge for, it will not show up in the badges section.

So if you collect all the card drops from a game, sell them on the market or trade them and do not have a badge for, it won't show up.
