Lost an item in CSGO. It has gone into thin air.
I wanted to trade out this Minimal wear Golden coil so I would receive $10.01 and the buyer would pay some $11.51. I was on my mac so I couldn't just close csgo and open my email to create the listing of the offer. I tried to click the link on my phone but since the steam browser WILL NOT let me login no matter WHAT, I ended up just going through this loop of captchas and confirmation codes. I inevitably just went to my laptop and did it, when I did this, I clicked on the link and it said "There is no longer a use for these links as the listing was either confirmed or denied." I restart CSGO and my golden coil is GONE. I go to check the sales for a minimal wear golden coil and my sale is nowehere to be found. The price is super low which is what I was trying to do so that I could sell it quickly. I really wanted this 10 dollars (the one cent just to make sure.) but now I don't even have the SKIN anymore! I'm really upset. And I want to speak to an employee.

I you want to talk to an employee, then Discussions is the wrong place for it.
Contact Support if you require assistance.

I can't go to support because I can't login on any web browser! The only thing that recognizes i've logged in is the application. And I have been unable to contact support from here. So do you have any suggestions?

You can use Support through the Steam client as well. Just click on Help.

Okay, perhaps I didn't properly say what I meant. I have been unable to find any help button or support button. Can you help me find said means to contact support?

Just go to your market here https://steamcommunity.com/market/ and see if the item is on hold. It sounds like you tried to list the item which removes it from the inventory but it's currently on a hold status awaiting a listed confirmation.

It's there. The hold option just showed up. Thank you. I wish they told people these things.
