Xbox One Bluetooth Controller Shows in Device Manager but Won't Connect
Hey guys, I've looked all over and can't find anyone having this problem, so I'm hoping somebody has some ideas. Got a video showing the issue linked below.

Issue: Xbox One controller refuses to reconnect to PC via bluetooth BUT does show up in Device Manager under Bluetooth AND refuses to show up in Game Controllers.

Details: Every few days my Xbox One controller drops its bluetooth connection to my PC and refuse to pick it back up. In the past I've been able to uninstall/reinstall it over and over until it finally takes. But this time I can't beat it. At this point I've uninstalled the Xbox Wireless Controller under Bluetooth in Device Manager, uninstalled all bluetooth entries as well, and rebooted. After the fresh boot, I've gone to Bluetooth & Other Devices and clicked Add Bluetooth or other device. I pick the first option (Bluetooth), hit the pairing button on the controller, the PC finds it, says it's getting the device ready and then confirms the "Device Is Ready" in notifications. Device Manager also updates to show an entry for Xbox Wireless Controller under Bluetooth. But the controller light continues to flash as if trying to pair and then after a while reverts to the regular not-connected flash. At no point does the controller show in Game Controllers. The video below shows exactly what I've done and how the system responds. If you guys have any ideas, please kick them my way. I'm at my wits' end!
