do europe steam keys work in middle east?

I want to buy a steam key of a game that only offers Europe and US variations.
Will I be able to use the Europe steam key if I'm from the middle east?

They are not banned in my country as they appear in the store for me. Im from Israel, I dont think there are any AAA banned games in here.
Just wondered if Israel, althoug in middle east, considered europe for steam verfication
