No games will update or download (Content or Manifest Unavailble)

Everything was working fine the day before yesterday, no issues. All of a sudden no games will update and I cannot download any new games without getting an error. After verifying that two separate devices in the house are having the same issue I thought maybe my ISP was blocking something. I contacted them and they said they have received no other calls about this issue, but reset my modem back to factory defaults anyway, nothing changed. I have had a ticket open with steam support since yesterday, they just gave me the same information that is on the website for this issue, I replied that I have tried everything on that list and it is still not working. I haven't heard anything back yet. Here is a copy of my content_log.txt.

The way it reads looks like I am not connecting to their servers correctly. Anyone else having this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It is happening to both computers in my house as well, and taking a look elsewhere online looks like it's been happening to a number of people since last night. We've tried all the fixes and no dice.

I'm also experiencing the issue. I've changed the download region to nearly every region without any improvement. Hopefully you hear back with some more info tomorrow from your Steam ticket.

This happened to me, but it was fixed by rebooting my router. Nothing else worked. I tried all the tips on the Support page. I rebooted from my router's configuration page, but I believe you can also just unplug it for one minute.

Update: Just recieved a call from my ISP, apparantly they started recieveing more calls from customers with the same issue I had. They contacted steam (somehow) and were informed that their servers are having issues with some IP address prefixes. So the issue (mine anyway) is definately with steam and not my computer or ISP.
