Didn't recieve gift

so my friend bought me 3 games, mad max, neon drive and the witcher 3 game of the year edition and it isn't in his inventory I didn't get an email and there is no notification of me recieving it and I looked at other discussions but moderators and support team seemed to not have replied and no useful replies were found so I am making my own post. please help.
