Where are you attempting to do these trades? On steam or off?
When you 'try those things' do you then immediately go back to the trade window or do you turn steam off and wait a day or so before jumping right back on?
Your account is obviously not under your control if this is happening. WHO ELSE has access to the computer or your account? If you're 'family sharing' it to anyone they have your info and are using it. If you have ever logged on to a third party site, or 'voted for someone's team' those are compromises.
Password change requires a three day cooldown. Do all the things, IN ORDER, and then *wait* for several days before doing anything more.
Also I should add: "Generate new codes" ON A DIFFERENT DEVICE, never use the same computer or device.
When you are finished doing this, don't do anything more. Don't remove cookies or clear cache, just turn steam off and wait a day or so before you do anything else trade-wise. Obviously if something happens while you are not doing it, the account is still compromised. So stop fiddling with it after you do the security measures and just rest a bit.
