"Last Record Update" on the Steam Database app info

what does it mean? does it mean a change was made to the app?

I ask this because there is an app I own that apparently got updated (recently), although when I run the app, it does not update itself. I have the "only update when I run the app" setting

Yes but it could aswell be a beta or other branch that's been updated, like a internal test branch, which doesn't get released to the public.

Thanks. The app I'm talking about is Insurgency (2014). The app itself will not get any content updates, as the developers have said. Here is the app page in the Steam Database: https://steamdb.info/app/222880/

On the left is a tab named History, click it and look for Changed Depots.
