Download/Start error Acces denied (0x5) and disk write error

Hi there!

I'm having some trouble with the game World of Tanks Blitz. When i download the game everything goes well, starting it up gives the error Acces denied (0x5).

With the option ''verify integrity of files'' it says 1 file is not ok and i need to download it again.
When i start the download and it is completed i get the next error ''disk write error''.

I did try a lot of things to fix this and asked some people who use steam too but nothing is working so far.
- I have more than enough space on my disk and there is nothing wrong with it
- Running in admin mode doesn't solve the problem

Who knows what to do?
