DLC'S have discounts too?

Hi guys is just Im pretty new here at steam but I bought a game named: Senran Kagura Estival Versus and lots of the game comes with DLCs but beofre spend a lot of money on them now I would like to know if steam apply discounts at DLC's too and how can I know when they apply this discount (if its possible of course)

Yes they do, if the publisher puts them on sale. The publishers set the prices for all their products on Steam.

Looks like none of them are on sale for the game you specified.

1 sale for the DLC in that game after the initial release of them. That was last Nov. So, maybe in the Autumn sale.

As pointed out in this thread. Punlishers decide on the prices and they decide if they participate in a sales event.
