How did my skins go to another account????
I was gonna trade my skins for another skin. Im 100% sure i added his skin into the trade, and my skins. When i confirmed the trade on my steam guard the items got sent to another accont and i got nothing in return.

Note: the other account did not have the item i was trading for.

Is this a bug? Did I get scammed? htf did i lose my items...??
(btw, i lost skins worth ~350€..)

No, you just entered your details (including Steam guard code) on a shady website, had your account hi-jacked and then the hi-jacker bot cancelled the original trade and re-sent a new trade with the same profile picture & name and you accepted it without double checking.

is csgo lounge that shady? ive been trading alot there without any problem...

No, it isn't. It was either a changed version of the site (ie: csg0lounge or something like that) or a different one.

You should be doing regular malware scans, and never opening any link that someone else tells you to on a trading site, (only go directly to their profile, on ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ only use the direct profile link provided by the site itself, do not click anything in a message they give to you,)... When making a trade, triple check all the details are correct before sending it out, and it's best if you friend them first, so you can send a trade offer without using the trade link url, since people find ways to obfuscate the url on the profile page by making tons of spaces so it looks like a legitimate link [remember, steam will never filter actual trade link urls, which means if you go to a page where it's telling you it's not an official site, ABORT IMMEDIATELY.]....

All you can do now is report the profile for trade scam and block them. Most likely it's an alt account though and not much will come of it unfortunately.

Thanks for the advice! I'm retiring from the trading game anyway, its a shady market overall.

I reported the scam-account but I know they will never get cought anyway :/

I feel like laughing at the irony that I recently attended IT-security at university and got hacked for the first time. Feels bad...

I've been scanning my computer all night now and realised that I must've been hijacked almost 2 months ago.

Hopefully people will read this before they get scammed like this :)
