Windows 10 won't play and read my new DVD?
I've just recently gotten Spirited Away from Walmart last night and I've been running into some problems. The DVD drive for my PC laptop won't and read the DVD all. I have Windows 10 and it usually works for all of my DVDs. But for Spirited Away, it just wouldn't. I've tried figuring out ways to fix the problem online and nothing helped. I have no idea on what the problem is and I can't seem to find a way to fix it. I have 5KPlayer, and I've just downloaded VLC media player, but that didn't solve the problem either. Can someone please help me on this problem? Thanks!

It doesn't have DVD software, you must install your own.
Download VLC Media Player; its free open source and is very nice player.

Take screenshots of the problems, show us what the issues are.

if you can play other dvd media but not this 'spirited away', then perhaps the new dvd media is encoded to play in a different region.
check region restriction in the dvd packaging.

or the new dvd media is defective (more likely) vs you lack some video codecs (unlikely)

Try a different DVD Drive. They are cheap and usually don't last very long to be honest.

Does the disc and/or bare file contents show up at all within "This PC" within the DVD Drive Letter?
