The error clearly tells you it is having issues using hardware resources. Try disabling something you don't use.
Disable the Realtek PCIe FE Family controller below it.
or the TAP-Windows Adapter V9
Then reboot PC and see how things go. If you have new issues re-enable what you disabled. Reboot and try disabling something else.
Rebooting means the same as restarting the PC.
Open Device manager
Try to Rollback driver
Right click Device > Properties > Driver > Roll back driver
Reboot/restart
Try to Update Driver
Right click Device > Properties > Driver > Update Driver
Reboot/restart
Try to unistall device
Right click Device > Unistall device
then
Wait 30 seconds > At top find Action > Scan for hardware changes
If none of that works you could try disabling a few more non essential devices.
Could also try restoring a system restore point, provided you have one dated before the issue began. If you have a restore point that far back keep in mind any software changes will be affected.
Windows Key + S > Type Restore > Click Create a Restore point > System Restore > Next
If you have a restore point dated before the issue began you can select that > Next > Follow the wizard.
Could also be faulty hardware. It may have developed a fault that just happens to coincide that update.
You could try contacting the manufacturer. Check their site for drivers. Maybe a Windows update changed something that affected driver and now the driver you had is buggy.
As I mentioned before it could be a hardware fault. If so there won't be a fix. I could say to back up what you can and then use Windows Reset this PC or do a complete wipe and clean installation of windows. But they are extreme measures and will cause lots of data loss, confiuration settings and programs needing to be reinstalled. Even then if its a hardware fault or driver issue due to a more recent window update they won't fix the issue.
I'm out of ideas to suggest. Hopefully someone with more experience/knowledge can help without having to try the nuke/last resort option.
