im gonna suggest your on windows 10, if your not then i dont know why, anything not windows 10 just isnt relevant today. go to windows 10 settings, game mode, and then click graphical settings on the right, choose csgo, click its icon then choose high performance, what ever controller you have, AMD or Nvidia, open it and add csgo to your controller under 3d settings, choose performance on quality, and turn off vsync via the gpu. bam if that doesnt fix lag, im sure its a problem with Ram, CPU or gpu as in not good enough to run the game. know that, mp is never as stable as the campaign of any game we play.
