Change Location of Temporary Downloads
I have Windows 10 and Steam on my SSD, but I install all of my games to a separate drive. I noticed when one of my games was updating, the download was going to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\downloading until download is complete, then correctly going to the separate drive. The problem is that this puts my SSD close to full, or overfills it so I cannot complete the download.

Is there a way to change the temporary download location to be on my a different drive than the Steam install location?
