Preapproved payment

I paid 20$ from my bank to steam and wanted to pay 10$ from my PayPal. Well it chose the wrong account and wrote it as Preapproved payment. I had 0.01$ on that account and it said it's gonna get 9.99 from my bank. I've quickly transferred 10$ from my PayPal to my bank.( Takes 1-2 work days) Will it charge me from my bank (Btw it's my savings account) I took everything out of there last week and got 0$ in there. Will I go negative? (side note already contacted steam they said no because I spent my funds but I left 10$ because of the Preapproved payment.)

Not really. They only told me that I spent the funds that I requested a refund on. (I spent 20$ and left 10$) My question is

Will I be charged through my savings account or through PayPal.

You *said* you paid from your bank... Even if that wasn't your original intent, that's how you paid.

"The problem is it paid directly from my PayPal credit card linked" my main question is will I be charged since nothing showed up yet..
