How can i send messages to people that are not on my friends list?
I know it's possible because i get messages from trade bots. So how do i do it to somebody myself?

They use the group chat drop-down menu option.

You cannot send messages to a user if they haven't added you.

It exists in group chats.

You see the group members and they can send you messages, view your profile etc.

This is an integration in the new chat UI.

Well how are the trade bots sending me messages without me being in any group chat

You're apart of 65 groups... :czombie:

Your user-name will appear in the list of members.

From there, they can send you messages like i described above.

How do i find someone that isn't in a CHAT tho

They DO NOT have to be using the chat by itself.

They can still find you from the list of members.

That is very simple and straight-forward.
