Help! How do I join a group

I can't seem to be able to join the Cities Skylines group, or any group for that matter. I've done some research and yes there is a group, I've followed it but I don't know how to join it. People have said there is a little semi circle? Theres not. They've also said there is a green button that says 'join' and there isn't. I've found the group, it's not private, I just can't find any way to join and it's so frustrating!! To confirm again, I know how to search for a group and I've found the group, I JUST don't know how to join it! Thanks in advance.

On the mobile app?

Light blue circle about 2/3 up on the right side of the screen with 3 horizontal lines.

I click the blue circle with the 3 lines on the mobile app, it just said 'Store page' and 'Achievements' it didn't say join or anything
