Can't gift to other regions?
I'm trying to gift a game to my friend in the USA (I'm from Canada) but it says I can't because of region & currency differences? But he gives me gifts all the time?

The price you pay has to be within 10% of what your friend would pay to be able to gift internationally.

Gift them a digital gift card instead.
