Start Steam as Offline to Friends
There used to be a Friends tab in settings where I could have Steam start off as offline to my Friends (not in offline mode, just offline to my friends). This has either moved or... has it been removed altogether?!

If I set it to offline, quit steam, launch steam, it puts me back online in my friends list. I now have to go "offline" to my friends every, single, time I launch Steam.

Am I missing something? I couldn't imaging Steam taking steps just to force that on people.
