Purchased wrong version of Game
Just got Dying light on sale without seeing that the enhanced edition is on sale aswell, i submitted a refund request for the base game and im wanting to now purchase the enhanced edition, however if i buy the enhanced edition and play that for 2 hours, will that then mean that i wont recieve the refund for original purchase? Or can it differentiate between the two versions?

Usually, the enhanced edition isnt an edition as much as a package with the base edition and the additional content. In that case, theres no 2 editions so Steam has no way to differentiate.

Wait until the refund is approved before you buy and play the Enhanced Version.

Just the approval. Does it end today?

Edit: NVM... "Offer ends August 27"

You have plenty of time to get it on sale.

Ah well if the aproval comes soon then it will be fine, Read online that refunds take 7 days or so to process, im guessing that meant 7 days for the money to be refunded though

Up to 7 days for the wallet money to appear. Most likely within 24 hours of approval.
