Error 105 when creating a Collection

I'm trying to make a Collection of Heart of Iron 4 and whenever I press "Save and Continue" it pops up with an Error 105 message. I'v3e went on the store, clicked on games, community and such and even checked if I was connected to the Internet. I was connected so why am I getting an Error 105? Thank you in advance.

Server issues.

You may want to try changing your DNS server settings.

Google DNS is something to consider.

Error 105 can be caused by Ad-blockers if they are enabled, you may also want to try creating a collection using another web browser.

It's just a DNS resolution error that everyone has been reporting.
