Can't upload my GIF to artworks.

I want to upload my GIF to my artworks but when i try it gives me -105 error. Any idea how i can fix it?

highly doubt that. it'd be weird if steam were to ban gifs and let already uploaded gifs stay

This has been happening for me for 24 hours, starting to finally think that it's not me and that it's Steam, but my friends are able to upload artwork perfectly fine, even the same artwork that I'm trying to upload they can upload as well.

seeing the huge amount of ppl with the same issue, it's most likely a problem on steam's end

Its not just gifs.
However my smurf account can upload artwork but this one cant.

I'm seeing that my friends' accounts can upload artwork, but I cannot, I'm wondering if I did something wrong and I'm being punished :(

Nah I doubt it. If you have done anything "bad" you would have a popup that said omething about you not being allowed to upload artwork bla bla bla and you wouldnt even be able to click the "upload artwork" button.
