Profile Artwork

I'm trying to upload artwork to Steam, but I get an error no matter what I do. Am I artwork banned? I have never uploaded artwork either before.

I am currently having the exact same problem. Whenever I try to upload artwork, this error appears https://imgur.com/gxnzpVq . I have uploaded one time artwork about three years ago which didn't have anything bannable. The weird thing is that I tried uploading the exact same artwork on my friends account and it works without any errors. I tried on a diffrent PC aswell to see if that has to do but no use. Please help

I am able to upload game-specific and non-game specific artwork respectively.

I can do so through a desktop web browser and the client without any issues.

You may want to clear the client's web browser cache.

Steam > Settings > Web Browser > Delete Web Browser Cache.

In addition to that, change your DNS settings; Google DNS is something to consider.

I am currently also facing the same problem. Whenever i try to upload an artwork this pop ups http://prntscr.com/kkdzzp . Any help would be gladly appreciated

That link leads to an error page.

Is it the same error that was previously listed, and have you even considered my suggestion(s)?

Changed DNS settings and deleted web browser cache, problem still persists. I will link my DNS Settings below.

I also restarted my router as the guide said to do.
I seen more posts about the Artwork problem today.

I have followed every step of the tutorial and it hasn't solved the problem , hope for a fix soon

I've tried reseting my DNS via the guide you sent, still doesn't work. I've also cleared the steam browser cache.

The error I get when trying to post my artwork on Google Chrome (after I click 'Save and Contine') is: 'This site can't be reached. steam-0928's server IP address could not be found.

The error I get when trying to post my artwork on Steam's launcher (after I click 'Save and Continue) is: 'Error Code: -105 Unable to connect to server. Server may be offline or you may not be connected to the Internet.'
