Will my PC run Earth Defense Force 4.1?

First of all, im not sure if this is the right forum to post this so if it isnt, i'll just delete it and post it on his respective forum...

Soooo these are my PC requirments:

Operative System: Windows 10 PRO 64 bits
Processor: Intel Core i5-7400 CPU @ 3.00 GHz (4 CPUs), -3.0GHz
BIOS: Bios Date: 11/16/16 09:53:44 Ver: 05.0000C
Memory: 8192MB RAM
DirectX: 12

I just want to know if i can play this at least at 50-60 FPS.
Also, so you dont need to go to the steam store and find out, these are the requirments of the game in his maximum settings.

SO: Windows 7 64bit, Windows 8.1 64bit Windows 10 64bit
Processor: 3.2GHz 4Core
Memory: 8 GB de RAM
Graphics: AMD Radeon HD 7970 / NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760　（3GB Model or higher）
DirectX: 11
PC Storage: 8 GB of free space
Sound Card: DirectX 11 sound device
Adittional Notes: XInput Controller

I bet you guys already know it but i dont have any idea about how computers work so that's why im requesting help here.

If i understand correctly you dont have a gpu. So the answer is a obvious no. Dont think you could go above 20 fps on lowest settings.

To be honest, I recommend you buy a used GTX750 Ti. They go for around 50-70 eur on ebay. That should give you a massive fps boost.

Honestly, recommending a GTX 750Ti at this point is kind of a waste, even for that price.
Better to get a decent card now and then be able to play all the games you want.
Your CPU is still good, RAM is ok too .
I would recommend going for a GTX 1050Ti or similar. Yes it will cost you around 170 bucks or so but you will be able to play Earth Defense Force and other games with 60 FPS at good graphic settings.

Of course if money is a big isse the GTX 750Ti is still a option.
