What is the 2 day trade hold ?

I used to have a 15 day trade hold recently because I had a new steam gaurd , but now I have 2 days trade hold everytime I trade
My steam gaurd has been active for more than 20 days
Pss: the 15 day hold stopped something like 10 days ago
So I traded some stuff without any holds and now it's back but not 15 days only 2 days

The 2-day hold should be in place, if you changed your mobile authenticator from one device to another, while confirming this change on the old device. Not sure, how long it lasts, 7 days I think.

I did delete steam app and re download it
But on the same device
And do you know when will it just go ?

Hm, did not know, that installing the program anew could cause this too (if that's actually the reason). Don't know much about the whole issue though.
As I said, give it one week of the authenticator running, and then things should go back to normal.
