Help on banning hacker

So i have played in a recent match in CS:GO where a one guy had wall hacks. I have recorded it in my pov but i also downloaded the match. as i am looking it over i clearly see him trying to awp me and my teamates through the wall/floor. I just want to make sure he gets banned
How do i make sure that he gets caught and banned?

i think your going to need the proof an send it to the staff of that game that handles those types of issues with games, an they should handle the problem or unless you can use hacks.

All you can do is report in-game, that's it, and you're done. Sooner, or later someone will view your report in game, and if caught of using such cheats, will be Game Ban.

The person in question may have already been caught by the VAC system which is automated, and it is delay, so it can happen any moment, or 6 months later, but the account will get hit, if VAC detected the cheat from the person in question.

For CS:GO, the VAC bans are permanent, and cannot be lifted, once they're apply to the account, which prevent them from playing the game on a VAC protected server. For Game bans on CS:GO, it's pretty much good luck even trying to get it remove, since Valve are very strict with cheaters.
