Shortcut change from lnk file to url file....plz help

This happens after I install Black Squad. All my shortcut (including non-Steam game/file) got corrupted to url file. Then I notice my laptop become a bit sluggish/lag. I suspect its from the changes made by Black Squad Client Software from the term & aggreements....

I have tried changing the default url to internet browser in default apps but to no avail....

PS: In short, all shortcut become internet shortcut after installing Black Squad...
If u go black, u never go back.
