Download stuck at 1MBps please help
My connection speed is 100mbps when I run speed tests it shows 80-90mbps(with ethernet) but whenever I seem to download anything say from utorrent steam battle net orgin chrome etc my downloads always get limited to 1MBps(yes the B's are right) need help
