What Operating system are you using?
EDIT: ok so I looked at your profile, it says windows 10.
Go to bottom right, right click the volume, go to sounds, go to recording, and set your other mic as default.
Do you mean that your microphone isn't working?
In case it's not working do this:
- Click on start
- Click on "settings" gearwheel
- Click on Privacy (the "Lock" icon)
- On the left you have "Windows Permissions" and "App permissions"
- Look at "App permissions" and select "Microphone"
- Click on the "Change" button and disable, then enable it. (or just enable it in case it's disabled)
- Look under it at "Allow apps to access your microphone"
- Again, disable and enable it (or just enable it in case it's disabled)
Test your microphone wherever you want.
